Saint Louis Closet Co. is a locally owned and operated closet company in St. Louis. Our 35,000 square foot showroom and manufacturing plant is located at 2626 S. Big Bend in Maplewood, Missouri. Owner Jennifer Quinn Williams was born and raised in Kirkwood, Missouri and founded Saint Louis Closet Co. in 1991 with just herself and a van. We now employ over 35 full-time employees who have worked for the company an average of 15 years. Saint Louis Closet Co. is truly a homegrown business and we are proud to be just that!
#1 : MASTER CLOSETS
Of course the most popular area to customize is the master bedroom! Options include shoe shelves and hanging space, pants racks and telescoping rods. A completely customized master closet will make sure everyone has exactly what they need!
#2 : PANTRIES
A surprise second place is found in the kitchen! Saint Louis Closet Co. has everything from racks (spice, canned good and wine) to shelves (sliding, corner and vertical)! You will have a place for everything in your pantry with a design from SLCC!
Murphy Beds have rapidly grown in popularity over the past few years with the new loft developments in downtown St. Louis. Another reason is that Baby Boomers are reaching retirement age and Murphy Beds are a great option for guest rooms to accommodate visiting family.
#4: Home Offices
#6: Craft Centers
These are just a few of the most popular spaces to organize, but we specialize in so much more than just what you see here. Saint Louis Closet Co. offers mudrooms, lockers, entertainment centers, playrooms, garages, gardening stations and much, much more. Each of our systems is 100% adjustable and comes with a lifetime guarantee, so you can be confident that your closet will be exactly what you want and need it to be for as long as you own your home. There are so many misconceptions that we hear every day when it comes to custom closets. I wanted to take a few moments to debunk just a few of the most popular…
MYTH: My closets are too small to be customized.
TRUTH: Actually, small closets are the ones that need custom organization the most. You have the everyday challenge of maximizing your space and we specialize in doing just that. We can add a few simple shelves and hanging rods that will give you space you never knew you had. You will be amazed at just what we are able to do for you!
MYTH: Custom closets are just too expensive.
TRUTH: This is one we hear every day, but it is just not true. Custom closets are absolutely affordable, no matter what your budget may be. We can organize a small reach-in closet for as little as $250! An investment in your closet saves you time and keeps your clothing and shoes in good condition.
MYTH: A Murphy Bed would take up too much space.
TRUTH: The entire queen-size Murphy Bed system is only 65.5” wide and 16” deep, and you only need 91” of floor space when you open it. It will also allow you to use your room for other purposes such as an office, family room or study. Murphy Beds are also available in twin-size.

Kids grow like weeds, so you want to make sure that their closets are able to grow with them. The great thing about having a Saint Louis Closet Co. closet is that our systems are 100% adjustable, so your closets actually grow as your kids do.
This means that as the seasons change or kids buy more jackets or shoes, you can adjust the shelves to fit those needs. Triple hanging space is just that: three times more hanging space than a traditional closet, which is a must for toddlers and children.
Jennifer Williams, President of Saint Louis Closet Co., says, “I have two growing children of my own, and you have no idea how great it is to not have to smash and force clothes into drawers because you’re out of space.”
And Saint Louis Closet Co. is so much more than just closets. We also organize the rest of your children’s lives with playrooms, mudrooms, lockers and craft centers. Drawers, baskets and hanging rods are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to available options.
Having a bit more organization in your home makes a huge difference when it comes to getting your kids out the door in the morning. Having a mudroom in place with a locker and cubbies for each child is a fantastic way to keep all of their school supplies, backpacks, shoes and sports bags together in one place and easily accessible.

Saint Louis Closet Co. is proud to shine the spotlight on the backbone of our company with a salute to our installation and manufacturing team! These men have been loyal members of our business, averaging 15 years of working for the company. We even have men who have worked here for almost 20 years!
“Our installers are the absolute best in the business,” says Saint Louis Closet Co. owner Jennifer Williams. “They are professional, dedicated and, most importantly, they love what they do. I consider each of them members of my family and I am so thankful to have been able to share these first 21 years of business with them!”
The men pictured (left) include the installers who do the actual closet installations in our customers’ homes as well as the staff that works in our manufacturing facility located in our Maplewood Showroom. They are responsible for getting all of the parts ready for installation so that the process can be as quick and easy as our customers have come to expect.
Thank you for all of your hard work over the years, gentlemen!
Saint Louis Closet Co. is proud to be celebrating 21 years of organizing St. Louis! One thing that has remained constant over the years is the need to organize!
The cold winds of winter call for us to break out our sweaters and large coats, making this the perfect opportunity to update your closet system.
“I always use the changing of the seasons to take a good, hard look at my home’s organization,” says Saint Louis Closet Co. owner Jennifer Williams. “As I put away my family’s summer clothes and pull out our winter supplies, I make a point to pull out any of the clothes that can be donated to charity or can be passed on to friends and family members with growing children.”
Jennifer adds that she also swaps out some shelves for baskets or extra drawers so that the closet never gets cluttered. “This is a simple way to keep our home organized and looking fresh without having to spend an arm and a leg to do it.”
Do not banish your summer clothes to overstuffed boxes crammed into the corner of your basement. We can help you organize a space that you can use as off-season storage for your belongings. That way, when the inevitable warm day hits in the middle of winter (as it so often does in this unpredictable St. Louis climate), you will not have to go digging through boxes of summer clothes just to find that one pair of shorts.
