SLCC Awarded Super Service Award!!

14 May

Saint Louis Closet Co. has been awarded a Super Service Award from Angie’s List, an ever-expanding cyber community of homeowners and their experiences with local service companies.

This exclusive recognition is awarded at the beginning of each year to companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating on Angie’s List throughout the past year. Less than 5% of companies on Angie’s List meet the eligibility requirements to be considered for the award.  To be eligible for the award, companies must maintain an “A” rating overall and receive a minimum number of reports during the calendar year.

Saint Louis Closet Co. is a huge believer in customer satisfaction, counting it as the top goal of the company in order to maintain growth.  With over 75% of their business coming from referrals, Saint Louis Closet Co. is honored to receive this recognition.

“The level of respect and trust that is given to a company when you are invited into a client’s home is something that we never take for granted, so we always strive to give that same respect and trust back to them,” says Jennifer Williams, President. “We treat our customers and their homes with the same respect that I demand of anyone who I hire to work in my home.”

The people who join Angie’s List are people who are looking for a way to find trustworthy companies that perform high-quality work.  The website’s over 600,000 members submit more than 15,000 reports each month about the companies they have hired. They describe their project (including the cost), and grade the company’s response time, prices and quality of work.
